This article discusses about the amount of condos being leased in the downtown Toronto core through MLS (Multiple listing service) website which broke a new record in 2014 according to the condo research firm Urbanation. This does not include other online rented websites. In 2014, about 22,765 condo units were rented throughout the GTA and up 15 per cent from 2013.
