Part 1 of 3, Hudak Visits Mississauga Gas Plant
In a 3 part series I'll be taking a look at the major developments in the day's leading up to the Ontario Provincial Election on June 12th 2014. Tim Hudak recently visited this past weekend the site of the cancelled gas plant in Mississauga. In looking at Tim Hudaks approach to this election campaign there are 2 main numbers that uses to forefront his movements. The 1 million new jobs he aims to create, and the 1 billion dollar expense that himself and Andrea Horwath have used to attack the liberals Kathleen Wynne. Hudak had committed to not building the gas plant in the first place. Hudak has argued that Wynne's leadership team had a part in the documents that the OPP are looking for, while Wynne's is denying it. Both Hudak and Horath maintain that the liberals only signed the cancellation of the gas plant in order to save themselves from political disaster in 2011.
