This article discusses about why condo buyers are not looking to buy parking spots that much anymore especially in the downtown Toronto areas. It is due to easy access to transit services, share car services and walkability to areas they have to go to. Therefore, condo owners that have pre-construction condos are planning to apply to the city to have the building’s parking requirement reduced.
