This article discusses about how the average price of Toronto homes are up to $1 million and it’s the first time in the city’s history according to the Toronto real estate board. In February, the average sale price in the city was at $1,040,018 which established an 8.9 per cent increase at around the same time last year according to the real estate board. The cause of the average price of a Toronto house to rise up is due to the lack of inventory for single-family homes.
