3) Explore Low-Tax Alternatives:
Another way to spot the demand is by taking a look at where low property tax is. The demand will be greater in an area with low property tax than in an area with high property tax.

4) Check the School Rankings:
It is also important to take note of area with good school rankings. Parents generally think about real estate locations close to a school where they want their children to go. As a real estate agent you should be able to provide the knowledge of areas with good schools located nearby.
