Here are some tips to make sure the house is stable before making a final decision. Inspect the plumbing; make sure to turn on all the taps in the kitchen and bathroom to check if everything is in working condition. Look up while inspecting the property to check if there is water leakage stains on the ceiling. Involve a professional to inspect the property if you encounter vertical and horizontal crack in the ceiling and the gap along the doors and windows. Make sure to check everything around the house is in working condition by opening a closing it. Inspect the backyard for any dead or hazardous tree or plant. While inspecting the backyard keep your privacy standards in mind and check if you will be comfortable living there. Check the connections in every room for old wiring and also check if there are phone and internet connections available. At the end, consider your living standards and ask yourself if this place is livable.
